Although the healthcare system in the country has integrated modern technologies, such as portable ECG devices connected to the internet and advanced vehicles, into its classic methods, it still has not achieved satisfactory patient satisfaction in service delivery. One of the reasons for this is the absence of a unified and intelligent system that connects patients with the healthcare system—a system that would provide easy access and complete information to both patients and healthcare staff.
